The time in which it takes to receive your certificate(s) depends on how you choose to submit your test(s) and payment. For your convenience we offer several ways that you can submit your courses. Below is an overview of when your certificate is available depending on your completion method:
If you complete your course online:
- Your certificate is available on your dashboard immediately
- Your certificate will also be sent to the email address you have provided us within 30 minutes of successfully completing the course
- If you elected to have a certificate mailed, we will send it within 7-10 business days (please allow for 2-4 additional days for delivery
If you complete your course by phone:
- We can email you your certificate immediately
- We can send your certificate by mail within 7-10 business days (please allow for 2-4 additional days for delivery)

If you complete your course by fax:
- We will email your certificate to you within 2 business days of receiving your exam
- If you wish to have the certificate sent to you by mail, we will do so within 7-10 business days of receipt (please allow for 2-4 additional days for delivery)
If you complete your course by mail:
We will process your exam within 2 business days of receipt. For successful completions:
- If you provide your email address when you mail your exam, we will email your certificate as soon as your exam is processed.
- IMPORTANT: Be sure to consider the time it takes for the postal service to deliver your exam to us, plus the time required to process your exam. With this method, your certificate will take approximately 9-12 business days to arrive to you by email from the day you mail your exam(s) to us.
- If you do not provide an email address when you mail in your exam, we will mail your certificate as soon as your exam is processed.
- IMPORTANT: Be sure to consider the time it takes for the postal service to deliver your exam to us, plus the time required to process. With this method, your certificate can take 2-3 weeks to arrive to you by mail from the day you mail your exam to us.
