Why is my course expired?

If you opened your course and got a message that you cannot complete your course because the course has expired, it is most likely that the course is inactive on your account. You have a year from your purchase date to open your course, and 6 months from the time you open your course to complete the course. We can extend your expiration date out 3 months at no additional charge. You will want to call our Customer Loyalty Team at 888-857-6920 or send an email to office@elitelearning.com to let us fix that for you.

There is the off chance that your course is actually expired and no longer being accepted by the state. You will want to call our Customer Loyalty Team at 888-857-6920, so we can get you swapped into the newest version of that course at no additional cost to you.
