How do I reset my username or password.

To reset your USERNAME from EliteLearning.com:

1. Click “LOG IN” in the top-right corner of the home page.
2. On the ‘Student Login Page’ Click “Forgot Your UserName”
3. On the ‘Forgot Your Username’ Prompt: Enter the EMAIL address that you used when you created the account and click “Submit”
4. Check your email to recover your Username. This may take up to 10 minutes.
5. If you don’t get an email, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, try again or call us at 1-888-857-6920.

To reset your PASSWORD from EliteLearning.com:

1. Click “LOG IN” in the top-right corner of the home page.
2. On the ‘Student Login Page’ Click “Forgot Your Password”
3. On the ‘Forgot Your Password’ Prompt: Enter your username and click “Submit”
4. Check your email for instructions on resetting your password. This may take up to 10 minutes.
5. If you don’t get an email, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, try again or call us at 1-888-857-6920.
