Every year Elite Healthcare (formerly ADVANCE) uses the Nursing Salary Survey to compile timely and relevant data that we hope will help nurses better understand how they compare to others in the profession as they work to achieve their career and education goals. At the same time, we work to uncover data that can educate hiring facilities so they better understand what nurses actually value in a career and an employment setting.
This year, in addition to the standard salary questions, you will find content related to the current environment. Our goal is to better understand the career-related impacts of the ongoing pandemic on the profession today and the potential impact on the future of nursing. All responses are confidential and salaries are averaged for reporting purposes.
